I graduated from high school on June 1, 2008. My parents gave me an awesome grad trip to the United Kingdom which was where I met up with my Slovene friend Anja. Over the course of two weeks, the two of us girls traveled from Edinburgh, Scotland all the way down to Dover, England (one of the most beautiful places in the world). It was another unbelievably amazing trip to add to my list. Then from the UK, I traveled directly to Slovenia to work for a 3rd consecutive year at English camps: this year I had the exciting opportunity to work with both the junior high AND high school camps. And all of the students were so amazing! I've been home for a few months now but already I am itching to go again. Currently, I am attending Bodenseehof Bible School in Friedrichshafen, Germany. I will spend spring school at Capernwray Hall in England. As for the future, I have a spot saved at Washington & Lee University in Virginia for the fall of 2009. So what do I want to be when I grow up? A travel writer sounds about right...haha. But who knows what's in store. For now I'm perfectly content to explore the world.

Ithink just maybe your mom and dad have a new mexican food place to show you and it's close to home.I know six months seems like a long time but as busy a young lady as you are the time fly's by.Enjoy those last few day's and have a safe trip home.

Hey Ken beat me to the blog. We just got back from dancing at the Eagles. Great live music and great friends. We will have to take you when you get home. Dad and Ken can spin you around the floor. Looking forward to your homecoming. Got lots of places to go, lots of shows to see, lots of food to eat and lots of people to meet. Taylor, only 19 days! Guess I better get out the biscotti recipe and get to baking! We will be leaving just as you get home, but will see you when we get back and can hardly wait! Your mom said to look at the new Capernwray pictures on the web site and it was so much fun to see the kitchen remodeling and I could see the room where I lived during Spring School! Learn lots and enjoy the rest of your Winter School and studies. Hope some of your friends come to the NW--I'm sure they will! Love ya, Dianne
